The warranty period is one year from the date of purchase of any clothing or accessory. Proof of purchase is necessary.

PCW’ s Program of Service & Guarantee works as follows: all the defective articles will be repaired or replaced and sent to your shop for a maximal delay of ten (10) working days of the date of reception of the product, in as much as this product is covered by our warranty policy. Our commitment is to serve you as fast as possible.

Exclusions:

  • All custom orders, i.e. which are not on our size chart.

  • Any problem resulting from an improper use.

  • Ignorance of our washing advices.

Cosmetic problem including discoloration on a display unit (UV rays).

If your product is covered by our warranty policy, here is our return and exchange procedure:

  • Please contact our Customer Service to obtain an authorization number of return for inspection. This number is valid for a period of 30 days.  If the article is not received during 30 days, a new return number must be emitted.

  • During the call, please have in hand your purchase proof as well as the following piece of information: number of style, description of the article, color and size.

  • Please send us the article, postage prepaid, at PCW’s address.  Be sure that the number of return is clearly registered outside of the box.

  • After the inspection, the product will be or (1) repaired, (2) exchanged or (3) credited.

  • If it is repaired or exchanged, the article will be returned postage prepaid by express mail.
